RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
OUR PROMISE
At Mezzi Leroy, we want you to love every piece you purchase because your story deserves the perfect fit. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns under the following conditions.
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Sale items and discounted pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. Accessories (e.g., hats, jewellery, underwear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Email our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the return process and share the return address. Ship your item back to us safely, and we’ll handle the rest.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover all shipping fees.
